Like the ease as which to attach the cell phone, however the button is off center and makes taking pictures a little weird because I have to keep turning and adjusting the stick. It is sturdy and collapses to a small size that fits any pocket.

never received it and company was rude and extremely unhelpful. ordered over a month before i needed it as a gift. after 4 weeks, their own tracking info said it was still waiting for pickup by the carrier (i.e. sitting in their warehouse) and yet they were unwilling to help after repeated requests. they offered nothing other than instructions for ME to contact the carrier. ordered a similar item from amazon and received it the next day. would not recommend this company.

I did a bulk order for a corporate breakfast that my company was hosting. We actually put our logo on them ourselves and it turned out GREAT. Bluetooth set up is super fast and I love the durability and the look of the stick. We ordered several different selfie sticks on the market before making a decision and the Solo Stick was by far the best quality out there. If you ever need to order a large quantity, the company is AMAZING to work with, especially Steve. By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with.

Once paired with iphone 5s, the sutter button doesnt go solid blue like stated in instructions, and as soon as its pushed it dissconnects. Does not take photos.
I have emailed the company for support, and still no reply.

Solostick quality is amazing! My 5 kids, and many friends want one because,as they say, "this one looks sturdy and tough!" so far so good! the mounting system,and and swivel screws, are secure. the extending pole is quality, and the EASE of using and pairing the bluetooth is SUPER easy! a monkey could do it! super happy with this product! good job people!!

Sometimes the pictures are blurry. That could be the phone. The button sticks. I asked to send my friend a replacenent solo stick, but I didn't get a response back from them. When it works it works well.

Fantastic for my trip. The arm stretches out far enough for me to include what I want in the picture. The bluetooth connects with no problems and works glitch free. Even with a large rubber case on my phone, it still fits quite well into the vise.

First - I think they sent me one that had already been tried and returned.
Second - it was in a package marked as a Blue Tooth version with USB cord. It was neither.
Third - Your address is Niagara Falls but I had to return it for an exchange to Canada at a cost of $11. I'm not happy at all with Solo Stick.

I am very disappointed, when I got my SoloStick it was defective. It showed that it was connected to my Bluetooth however the device wouldn't take the picture. I reached out to customer service and they said that they would give me a brand new one IF I sent back the DEFECTIVE one. I am not going to pay for shipping on something that never worked. On top of that it took over 3 days to hear anything back thus making it impossible to take it on a trip to Cabo. At this point I just want a refund, the company to pay for shipping. And I have not heard anything back
