Do you know what Burst mode is on your phone? Either you have an iPhone or an Android, you have access to burst mode.
Burst mode is when the camera takes several consecutive photos so you can later choose the ones that you like best. This is done very rapidly and lasts as long as you want.
How do you do this?
- Put your camera in PHOTO mode
- Press the shutter button and leave your finger for as long as you want - You can hear the shutter taking the photos!
- One single photo will appear in your photos folder and will have a sign at the top showing you how many photos were taken.
- Choose SELECT at the bottom and choose the photos you want to keep and delete the rest if you wish.
This mode is great for action or sports photography, for example. It also comes in handy in unpredictable situations like wildlife photography. Never know what that cute squirrel will do next, and you don’t want to miss it.
Try it out next time you're shooting rapid motion photography and you'll see the difference it can make!
