The annual World Press Photo Contest acknowledges and honors the best international photojournalism and documentary photography created every year.
The contest is open to all professional photographers working in the field of photojournalism and/or documentary photography. A panel of judges reviews the photos and selects winners in different categories.
Every year the photos are exhibited in various locations internationally. You get to see the selected photographs and discover the work of professional photographers. Always so inspiring!
